With the Prominent Showhome Leaseback Program, you can purchase one of our Showhomes, and Prominent will lease it back from you for a 5% return on the purchase price. For example, if you purchased a Showhome for $650,000, a 5% return paid monthly would mean you would get $2,708/month over the duration of the lease.

Your investment includes:
- All attached items, including all blinds and any installed home automation.
- Air Conditioners.
- No one living in your home (just open to the public for viewing).
- Your mortgage on this home is covered and being paid down.
- All utilities would be paid by Prominent.
