(the “Company”, "we”, “us”) collects, uses and discloses personal information of users (“you”) through our websites (https://www.prominenthomes.ca & https://kiosk-calgary.prominenthomes.ca/) (the “Website”) and other interactions with you during the provision of the services we offer (the "Services").

By accessing the Websites, or providing your personal information to us, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website or any of our Services and do not provide us with your personal information.

This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you purchase a home from the Company, your personal information may also be disclosed with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program and the Company’s lenders for the purpose of registering your home with the Program and future insurance.


We may also share your information with third parties where required to protect and defend our legal rights, protect the safety and security of other users of the Website, prevent fraud, and to comply with applicable laws.

We may provide advertisers with anonymous (not individual) aggregate information about our users. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers.
